  • Enrolling with BASE OOSH is simple. Families can complete an online enrolment and book sessions through our parent portal. If you need assistance, our team is always happy to help.

  • Yes. BASE OOSH is an approved provider under the Australian Government's Child Care Subsidy (CCS) scheme. Eligible families may receive assistance to reduce the cost of care.

  • Yes. Casual bookings are welcome and are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, particularly during Vacation Care periods, as places may fill quickly.

  • Our services provide nutritious breakfast and afternoon tea options, while some may ask families to provide lunch or snacks during Vacation Care. Information specific to your service will be provided upon enrolment.

  • At BASE OOSH, we are committed to inclusion and supporting every child to participate fully in our programs. We work closely with families to understand individual needs and develop appropriate support plans to ensure children are safe, comfortable, and successful within our environments.

  • Depending on the program and activities, children may need:

    • A hat
